Thanks to astute reader DM for pointing out to me that, if you’re at all interested in this sort of thing, Kafka and Wittgenstein is now available for pre-order on Amazon (so you can add it to your Shame List, see below). Don’t be too scared by that $95 cover price you see — that’s for the cloth (i.e. library) edition. In recent years Northwestern University Press has made the people-friendly and smart move to simultaneously release a paper edition for the common (Schu)man, at the still-relatively-pricey-but-normal-person-ranged $33 point or so.
Soon I hope the Amazon listing will display the cover art, which I have seen, and which is FANTASTIC (hint: it uses Bauhaus colors, so it’s bright and shiny and cheery! The ol’ bait and switch!), but for now, all you get is this (complete with my out-of-date biography; ah well). At any rate, I think Jay Sherman said it best when he said it in cardboard:
Order placed! Now, I do hope to meet the author one day & receive a personalized autograph. 😉

Any chance of an electronic edition?

There is a provision for one in my contract, but I don’t know. I prefer not to read in print either, though :/.

Spoke too soon–yes, you can buy the electronic edition straight from NUP…at the same price as the paperback :/. http://nupress.northwestern.edu/titles/kafka-and-wittgenstein
